The self-proclaimed behind the scenes girl and lover of all things beauty! Known for her infectious smile and uplifting energy, she strives to create a unique client experience with every encounter.
Her portfolio ranges from bridal and beauty to editorial, but her versatility is what really sets her apart; offering timeless, contemporary or glamorous looks for clients of all backgrounds. She is passionate about enhancing her clients’ natural beauty, making them feel confident and look their absolute best.
Working for almost fifteen years in the wedding and event industry, Tiffany began her career as a wedding planner. An immigrant from Belize and recent college graduate trying to figure out her life plan, she got a part-time job with an event planning firm and that decision would change the entire trajectory of her life!
After five rewarding years planning events, it was time for a change. “Marrying” her love of weddings and passion for beauty she soon became the in-house coordinator for a growing bridal beauty team.
Where Beauty was born…
Tiffany was fully immersed in hair and makeup growing up, always being a willing model for her cosmetologist older sister Tanya. So it was no surprise that she developed some skills of her own.
With her natural talent and extraordinary eye for detail, Tiffany quickly transitioned from the role she was hired for in the office to a budding self-taught artist. She balanced an almost decade long career as Stylist/Director elevating the brand to a national level.
In 2020, Tiffany decided to pack up her makeup kit and move on to work on a venture that was more closely aligned with her style and values and so Bronze + GLOW Beauty was born! She had a desire to create a truly authentic and personalized luxury experience and now she is bringing her vision to life one client at a time!

What are my favorite makeup products?
Bronzer and highlighter!! (Fun Fact: This actually influenced my company name). Fave highlighters are from Dior and Rare Beauty. Bronzers from Charlotte Tilbury & Fenty Beauty are my holy grail!
I love skin that looks like skin, so a good buildable foundation with a little luminosity is my jam! My current faves are Dior Forever GLOW, Armani Luminous Silk, Nars Radiant Longwear and Haus Labs.
Pretty much anything from Charlotte Tilbury, but the Hollywood Flawless Filter will always be a staple in my kit!
